Because A11yMatrix provides digital SaaS tools, instant website code widgets, and real-time scanning utilities that are delivered and accessed immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. Once a subscription is activated, digital access is granted, and the service becomes instantly available for use.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for changes of mind, accidental purchases, failure to read product specifications, or simple regret after the transaction is completed. By completing your purchase through our authorized merchant of record, Paddle.com, you explicitly agree that digital delivery has begun and waive any statutory right of withdrawal where legally permissible for B2B/digital SaaS tools.
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time to prevent future billings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current active billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your account and services until that billing period expires. No partial refunds or prorated returns are issued for unused time within a current billing cycle.
In the rare event of a proven, critical technical malfunction originating entirely from our core platform that prevents you from accessing the service—and which our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe—refund requests may be evaluated on a strict case-by-case basis. Disagreements regarding features or business expectations do not qualify as technical failures.
